Your personal data is stored in a secure area of our web server. Bespoke Biking is the “data controller” of this data. This is managed for us by a US company which acts as a “data processor” for us and complies with EU data protection regulations. We may temporarily store your data on our own local computer for the purposes of managing events and activities. Access to data in both these locations is password-protected and available only to Bespoke Biking staff, volunteers and contractors who have a valid requirement to use that information as part of their job.
